Wicked Finals

Project Overview:
This video was a creative parody of the song “What Is This Feeling” from Wicked, reimagined to express the dramatic “loathing” students often feel toward finals season. I directed, co-produced, and edited the video for the College of Health and Behavioral Studies’ Instagram, using humor and musical flair to make finals content more engaging.

Objectives and Strategy:
Our goal was to encourage students to study while standing out from typical finals-week posts by putting a theatrical, relatable spin on the stress of exams. By turning a Broadway classic into a finals-themed parody, we created something fun, shareable, and aligned with CHBS and JMU's brand voice.
