Project Overview:
This video was a playful take on the viral TikTok “30 Minutes” trend, adapted to reflect the bittersweet reality of entering our final fall semester as graduating seniors. I co-produced, directed, filmed, and edited the video for the College of Health and Behavioral Studies’ Instagram, featuring the entire CHBS social media team—all of us seniors—leaning into the humor and anxiety Gen Z associates with major life transitions.
Objectives and Strategy:
We wanted to engage our student audience with content that felt timely, funny, and deeply relatable. By using a popular trend to capture the unique stress and nostalgia of senior year, we created a moment of shared experience that was both on-brand for CHBS and aligned with JMU’s student-centered messaging.
