CHBS Joke Showdown
Project Overview:
For National Humor Month, I researched, directed, filmed, co-produced, and edited a themed video designed to bring light-hearted, relatable content to our college audience. Inspired by the “Dad Jokes” YouTube channel, we wanted to bring that light hearted competition to JMU.
Objectives and Strategy:
We wanted to use humor as a tool to build connection and engagement, showing the more human and approachable side of the College of Health and Behavioral Studies. I took the lead in shaping the creative direction, crafting a concept that was both entertaining and appropriate for our academic setting.

Outcome:
The video added a playful, engaging piece of content to our social media lineup for the month, and resonated well with students.
