Name a Woman!
Project Overview:
“Name a Woman” was a high-energy, street-interview-style video inspired by Billy on the Street, created to celebrate Women’s History Month in March. I co-produced, MC’d, and edited the video, which featured spontaneous interviews with CHBS students as they were asked to name a woman—professor, doctor, peer, or mentor—who’s part of the College of Health and Behavioral Studies community.
Objectives and Strategy:
Our goal was to spotlight and celebrate the incredible women within CHBS in a fun, fast-paced format that would resonate with students. By using a recognizable pop culture reference and an unscripted style, we created a lively and shareable video that both honored Women’s History Month and stayed true to the JMU and CHBS brand voice.
